Over a week prior to my reservation date, I utilized the coupon for a 69.00/night special that I received in the mail and booked a graduation gift for myself at Chukchansi for two-night stay. When I attempted to prepay my room on my partner’s debit card (I had reported fraud on my own), I was sent through hoops to do so since they would not be joining me on my trip, and while I did not mind following the establishment’s procedures regarding this, the call-center ‘supervisor’ Gloria was equally as unfriendly as the rest of her staff when walking me through the process of the credit card authorization. Sure, I later looked online and found most of the answers to my inquiries, but an employee of the hotel should be well-versed in the offerings of their establishment, ESPECIALLY while working as a reservations agent! The level of unprofessionalism in the hotel operations is absolutely deplorable! The call center gal who initially made my reservation was clueless as to what amenities the property had to offer (this was my first time visiting the hotel).
